About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Broken Top Club, managed by Troon Golf. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware to the highest standards.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, and sweeping/mopping.
  • Empty kitchen trash receptacles and dispose of garbage in a responsible manner.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
  • Store all dishes and other wares in designated areas.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after close.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
