Dishroom Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the dishroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor and maintain the dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies to ensure effective cleaning.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
