Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Supervise the activities of direct care staff, promoting the highest quality of nursing services.
Ensure fulfillment of plans of care according to MVH quality standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements:
Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine.
Knowledge of skilled and long-term care nursing regulations.
Excellent observational and time management skills.
Commitment to achieving excellence and passion for continuous improvement.
