Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Triple 333 Beverages LLC.
About the Role:As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with distributor partners, on-premise, and off-premise accounts. You will work closely with our sales leaders and executive team to carry out our sales strategy, expand our presence, and ensure Triple 333 Beverages LLC is at the forefront of the THC seltzer movement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, including distributor partners, on-premise, and off-premise accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and other industry partners.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy adjustments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Head of Sales and company leadership, contributing to the overall success of the brand.
- 1-3 years proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beverage industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional presentation skills and confidence in addressing both intimate gatherings and large audiences.
- Passionate about being at the cutting edge of the beverage industry.
- Must be self-motivated, with a high level of energy and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the on-premise and off-premise account landscape in your territory is a plus.
- Must have a valid and un-suspended driver's license and access to a reliable automobile.
- Willingness to travel within assigned sales region.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Business degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years Beverage Alcohol or Hemp Derived THC Industry Experience (knowledge of legal framework, promotional regulations, and three-tier system).
- Proficiency using Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency using CRM system, route optimization and accountability software.
- Base Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience and location
- Annual Bonus: 25% based on company performance
- Monthly Commission: ~ $4000 based on personal performance
- Car Allowance: $750.00
- Cell Phone & Internet Allowance: Up to $150.00 per month
- Paid Time Off: 15 Days PTO + designated Company Holidays
