Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team at our headquarters. This pivotal role involves the collection, compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial and operational data within the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, compile, analyze, and report on the financial performance of the organization, focusing on sales, profits, and working capital.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of monthly Business Reviews.
  • Identify operational challenges and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Conduct financial analyses to support operational decision-making.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Contribute to the completion of physical inventories at various plant locations.
  • Engage in regular team and individual meetings to enhance communication and cooperation across departments, including Sales, Operations, Corporate Finance, and IT.
  • Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed to support the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Preferred background in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Hyperion Enterprise and SAP is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High degree of flexibility and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
