Core Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing various commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring they adhere to the highest quality benchmarks.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with client expectations.
- Contribute to the creation of detailed project plans, encompassing scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to guarantee the timely provision of materials and services.
- Track project advancement, recognizing potential risks and formulating strategies for mitigation.
- Support the Project Manager in conducting site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to provide consistent updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- Local to Phoenix, AZ, with a consistent work history.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, particularly large-scale undertakings such as hospitals, data centers, and high-rise buildings.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC and plumbing systems and their application in extensive projects.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Capability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.
