About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Radius Staffing Solutions. As an X-ray technologist, you will play a vital role in our healthcare facility by performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for X-ray procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Position patients correctly to obtain the best possible images.
  • Operate X-ray equipment and adjust technical factors to achieve optimal imaging results.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to perform a variety of X-ray examinations, including skeletal, chest, and abdominal imaging.
  • Review images for technical quality, ensuring they meet diagnostic standards.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and ensure the safety of patients, staff, and yourself.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in X-ray technology and techniques.
Requirements
  • Completion of formal Radiological Technology training in an AMA-approved school.
  • Preferred: Advanced training in CT Scan, Mammography, MRI, or Ultrasound.
  • Preferred: Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science.
