About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Child Development Center Manager to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned educator who can lead a team of educators and caregivers to provide high-quality education and care services to children aged 2-4 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the classroom environment, education, indoor and outdoor play, nutrition, and rest, to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the classroom environment to ensure a safe and healthy space for children* Provide developmentally appropriate early education programming to promote growth and achievement of developmental milestones for each child* Lead a team of educators to ensure consistent and high-quality education and care* Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of each child* Collaborate with parents and families to create a sense of community within our center* Maintain accurate records and reports as required by state regulations* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field* At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a leadership role* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to lead a team and make decisions in a fast-paced environment* Strong organizational and time management skills* Physical ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds* Must be able to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses* Estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
