About the Position:

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting dialysis treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct dialysis treatments and monitor patient responses
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on dialysis treatment options and self-care techniques
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Chronic hemodialysis experience required
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current CPR BLS Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
