Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for construction projects, including maintaining and organizing project documentation, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, progress reports, and project schedules.
- Contract Compliance: Ensure contract compliance by supporting activities related to contractual requirements, timelines, budgets, and scope of work.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate and schedule inspections, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and support the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Communication: Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment and project progress.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, decisions, and changes, and prepare regular status reports for management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues requiring attention.
- Experience: Experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
- Education: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Salary: $50,000 to $52,000 per year.
- Benefits Package: Medical, vision, dental, flexible spending, employee assistance program, group and voluntary life and disability insurance, and 401(k) retirement plan.
- Paid Time Off: 10 paid holidays, 5 bereavement, and 10 jury duty paid leave.
