Job Title: Project Leadership Professional

This is a unique opportunity to join RTA US as a Project Leadership Professional. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to guide our commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

About the Role:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.\
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.\
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and project teams to deliver projects that meet their expectations and requirements.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular project updates to stakeholders.\
  • Requirements:\
    • \
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\
    • At least 10-15 years of experience in commercial construction, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience.\
    • Proven track record of leading complex projects, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\
    • Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage.\
    • A competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.\
