Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, trade contractors, and suppliers to coordinate schedules, project progress, and material deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of project performance, including weekly reports, project budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify and analyze obstacles to project schedules and implement solutions to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect project progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues to drive business growth and success.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial electrical services, preferably in new construction.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A strong understanding of electrical systems, building codes, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
