About the Role

FCS, Inc is seeking a skilled Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team in a dynamic Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) setting. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients in our IOP MAT treatment program
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs and goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify clients' needs and progress
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
  • State licensure or certification as a substance abuse counselor
  • Experience working in IOP or MAT treatment settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
