ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing professional nursing care and staff management assigned to the RN in their charge
- Serving as a Charge Nurse and adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- An Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- A valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
- BLS certification
- Possibly ACLS and/or PAL certification, depending on the hiring department's requirements
