Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, maintaining a smooth flow at the entrance and throughout the dining area.
- Ensure guests feel at ease while waiting; guide them to the bar or their designated table.
- Manage the check-in process for outerwear and personal belongings of guests.
- Participate in pre-service and closing tasks, including printing menus and updating shift summaries.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in various situations, confidently addressing guest inquiries.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of menu items and their ingredients.
- Handle phone inquiries regarding reservations, availability, and restaurant services.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Estiatorio Milos, embodying the company's core values in all interactions.
- Maintain adequate supplies of stationery in the reception area at all times.
- Engage with guests as they depart to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- At least one year of experience in a high-end dining environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Capable of multitasking and receptive to feedback and guidance.
- Familiarity with POS and reservation systems is a plus.
Compensation: Hourly wage range: $22-$25/hour
