Job Title: Student Ministries Director

At Faith Church St LouisCOM INC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Ministries Director to lead our Student Ministry and Young Adult Ministry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for reaching middle and high school students, as well as strong leadership and creative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the vision of Faith Church Student Ministry & Young Adult Ministry
  • Work with the FC leadership to understand the goals and objectives of the church
  • Cast vision, recruit, train and deploy Dream Team leaders
  • Build trust and rapport with students, parents, volunteers, young adults and staff
  • Develop and monitor annual goals, objectives and budgets
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of multi-site student ministry leadership experience
  • Ministry centered Bachelors degree
  • Pastoral credentials
Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours, you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours.

Travel:

Campus to campus local travel and occasional overnight trips will be expected for this position.
