Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support our legal and operational teams in managing entity formations, dissolutions, name changes, and updates to corporate structure charts. This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Corporate Governance: Manage entity formations, dissolutions, name changes, and updates to corporate structure charts. Maintain legal and corporate records.
  • Project Coordination: Work with internal legal teams and external advisors on matters involving investment advisers, affiliated funds, and portfolio companies.
  • Transactional Support: Assist in the coordination of transaction documents, closing binders, and legal filings, including SEC and regulatory securities filings.
  • KYC Process: Oversee know-your-customer tasks, including form completion, notarization, apostilling, and responding to follow-ups from counterparties.
  • Legal Document Management: Organize and track legal documents, ensuring efficient retrieval and compliance.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate paralegal experience at a top law firm or investment company.
  • Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program. Paralegal certification preferred.
  • Expertise in corporate governance, entity management, and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions is a strong plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with global teams and external law firms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information.
