Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Med-Surg Ortho Nurse to join our team at a reputable hospital in Janesville, Wisconsin. This is a 12-hour night shift position, offering a competitive pay package and excellent benefits.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, with a valid license or certification in the state of practice. They will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and maintaining a high level of professionalism during stressful situations.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
