Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Performance Foodservice. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driver Check-In: Verify the arrival and departure of delivery drivers, inspecting trailers and verifying the accuracy of route tickets and customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Re-enter goods into inventory, verify returned goods, and make decisions about the disposition of damaged product.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of returns, file invoices and other documents, and receive delivery drivers' receipts of the day's customer deliveries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: 6-12 months of experience in procurement, warehouse, and/or administrative roles
