Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Greet guests and provide a welcoming shopping experience, ensuring a positive interaction with every customer.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stock area, and register area.
- Point of Sale: Operate the point of sale system, handle cash, lottery, and tobacco transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Inventory Management: Replenish products and supplies, ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
- Communication: Communicate with store management regarding guest requests, vendor-related concerns, and other important issues.
- Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks as assigned by management, including gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer functions.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
- Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
