Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a skilled Operating Room Charge Nurse to lead our OR team in Avondale, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate functions and activities related to the OR department.
- Develop and implement plans to meet regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor staff.
- Act as liaison person to internal and external customers.
- Minimum of two years relevant clinical nursing experience.
- Two years supervisory experience preferred.
- Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- Sign-On bonus.
