Qualifications- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in disability services or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required) in Human Services or a related field.
