About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of support to the staff surgeons, anesthesia technicians, and support staff in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be able to multitask, and work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with all staff members and visitors.
  • Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the situation.
  • Provide high-quality patient care peri-operatively.
  • Assist anesthesia technicians and others with inductions and recoveries as directed.
  • Recover patients with diligence and compassion.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of veterinary technician/assistant experience in a surgical environment.
  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) required for a technician role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
