Role Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional cleaning services at designated facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate the ability to be trained and execute all fundamental cleaning tasks independently, while being exposed to various environmental factors.
  • Quickly adapt and achieve full productivity within the designated training timeframe.
  • Utilize standard cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, mops, and brooms effectively.
  • Exhibit good manual dexterity and physical stamina.
  • Learn to accurately measure and mix cleaning agents while being vigilant about safety protocols.
  • Engage in frequent physical activities including bending, reaching, and lifting.
  • Maintain the capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the work shift.
Additional Duties:
  • Adhere to the established cleaning schedule for the assigned location.
  • Perform cleaning tasks according to the specified contract requirements.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
  • Ensure the security of the work environment and manage access to keys.
  • Be available for on-call emergency cleaning services as needed.
  • Take care of cleaning equipment and supplies at the job site.
  • Foster a positive team environment among cleaning staff and associates.
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Structure:

Directly reports to the Contract Services Supervisor and/or Contract Services Manager.

Performance Metrics:
  • Achievement of established cleaning standards.
  • Building trust and respect among colleagues.
  • Quality and efficiency in completing assigned tasks.
  • Upholding the high standards of professionalism and integrity expected from all associates.
  • Timeliness in meeting deadlines and responding to management requests.
  • Adherence to personal appearance standards and hygiene practices.
Benefits:

After 90 days of employment, eligible for agency-paid life and vision insurance, vacation, sick leave, holidays, and participation in group health and dental plans with biweekly contributions.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a valid Pennsylvania driver's license may be required in certain situations.
  • Must have a clean criminal record and child abuse clearances, along with passing a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Ability to read and write effectively.
  • Exhibit strong work ethics, including a positive attitude and punctuality.
  • Respond appropriately to supervision and direction.
  • Demonstrate sufficient physical endurance to meet the demands of the role.
