Role Overview: The ideal candidate for the Engineering Technician position will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. This role involves supporting various engineering functions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly calibrations on furnace controllers and perform Temperature Uniformity Surveys.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of process data from vacuum brazing, heat treating, and aging furnaces.
  • Collaborate with engineers to draft procedures and documentation.
  • Construct and assemble fixtures for various processes, including core stacking and pressure testing.
  • Fabricate specialized tooling as necessary.
  • Provide operational support to manufacturing facilities.

Educational Qualifications:

High School diploma or an Associate's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.

General Skills Required:

  • Proficient in using standard hand tools and measurement instruments.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Capable of assembling process fixtures.
  • Familiarity with personal computers, including MS Word and Excel, as well as data logging applications.

Laboratory Equipment Maintenance:

  • Calibrate temperature controllers and thermocouples.
  • Advise on the acquisition or replacement of instrumentation as needed.

Experience Requirement: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation assistance.

Travel Requirements: No travel is expected for this role.
