Job Overview

This is a full-time position that involves working with small groups or providing self-contained support in an elementary setting (K-5). Our ideal candidate will possess strong case management skills, experience with IEP development, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate learning initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Guide small group instruction to ensure students receive tailored support
  • Implement behavior protocols to promote positive learning environments
  • Assess student achievement through regular evaluations
  • Direct support personnel to optimize their impact on student growth
  • Generate detailed records of student progress and achievements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
  • Valid Texas Special Education certification (K-5)
  • Texas Content Area/Generalist certification (K-5)
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
