About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Faherty Brands, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class customer service, ensuring a memorable and lasting impact on our customers through storytelling and authentic engagement.
  • Be the expert in sustainable fashion, setting the bar for your team on product knowledge and personal style.
  • Drive customer acquisition and loyalty by capturing customer information and creating personalized profiles.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, styling and wardrobing each customer, and providing timely and relevant feedback.
  • Support the leadership team in coaching and development, and assist in providing timely and relevant feedback in the absence of Store/Assistant Store Leader.
  • Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves and immersing yourself in your division of responsibility, ensuring timely follow-through and execution of company directives and standards.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of leadership experience in a similar scope, preferably in hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brands.
  • Omnichannel awareness and the ability to assist in leading a team to provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
  • Adept with technology and apps, including Google Suites and MS Office, and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a multitude of channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist a leadership team with coaching and development.
  • Proven track record of personal success within a retail business, consistently outpacing individual and team sales and performance goals.
Physical Requirements
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to bend, reach, stretch for product, lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time.
