Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client services, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for all customers.
  • Operate as the Manager on Duty in the absence of a manager, taking charge of store operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Perform operational and transactional functions, including processing sales, handling returns, and maintaining store inventory.
  • Handle client service issues, resolving complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Issue approvals for desk transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales and other transactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
