Job Summary
The Los Rios Community College District is seeking qualified candidates for a part-time, temporary (adjunct) faculty position in Allied Health. This pool is open continuously and refreshed every two years.

As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching assigned classes under the supervision of the area dean, helping students achieve their academic potential, assessing student learning outcomes, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of your teaching field. You will also be expected to utilize current technology, maintain professional conduct and ethics, and participate in faculty governance and accreditation activities.

The instructional assignment may encompass teaching courses across all levels in Allied Health, including AH 108, AH 109, and AH 124. Specific courses offered may vary by campus.

To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree or higher and two years of professional experience directly related to the assignment, or an associate degree and six years of professional experience. You must also have an equity-minded focus and be able to foster an inclusive educational environment.
