Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity on the North Carolina Coast

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Internal Medicine physician to join our team at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center. As a faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
About the OpportunityThis is a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position that offers a unique blend of clinical practice, education, and research opportunities. You will work closely with our dynamic team of residents and medical students, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities- Supervise residents and medical students in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Develop and implement educational programs to enhance resident and student learning
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects
- Participate in departmental and hospital-wide committees
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You must also be ABIM Board Eligible/Certified in Internal Medicine and eligible for licensure in the state of North Carolina.
