About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN Pediatrics to join our team. As a CNC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to our pediatric patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, develop and implement patient care plans, and provide education and support to patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care services and collaborate with other team members to improve outcomes and service
  • Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary
  • Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs and productivity guidelines
  • Support proper inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
