Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Quality Management System Engineer to join our team in Batang, Central Java. As a Quality Management System Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our quality management system is implemented and maintained in accordance with international standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement certification-related documentation
  • Ensure all certification requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Act as document control and internal auditor for QMS implementation
  • Issue product certificates of analysis
  • Perform day-to-day process analysis, including data analysis
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure QMS compliance
  • Liaise with external parties, such as auditors and customers

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering
  • Language proficiency: English and Bahasa (Indonesia)
  • 2 years of experience in QMS roles and 2 years in QA fields (Plastic Piping Industry)
  • Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance
  • Experience as document control and internal auditor
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to perform statistical data analysis
  • Able to operate MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
