Licensed Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Robert Morrison - State Farm Agency in Houston, TX.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
You will establish strong customer relationships and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, paid time off, health and dental benefits, valuable experience, and growth potential for advancement within our office.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Property & Casualty license, a Life & Health license, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual language skills are a plus, and prior insurance sales experience is preferred.
