Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team at the National Safety Council. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to various stakeholders, including students, instructors, and other individuals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to customers.
In addition to your customer service skills, you should have experience with data entry, processing credit card payments, and maintaining accurate records. A bilingual or multilingual individual would be an asset to our team.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.50 and a hybrid work arrangement with two days remote and three days in the office. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional growth.
