Job Title: Office Manager

Join the University of North Carolina Charlotte team as an Office Manager, responsible for conducting all business operations in support of University Center for Academic Excellence (UCAE) programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and reconcile 6+ budgets, generating and tracking budget projections for supplies, travel, and wages.
  • Support all business transactions, including personnel support, administrative tasks, and other work responsibilities.
  • Oversee and coordinate inventory controls and staffing needs at all UCAE locations, assist with event planning, and make independent decisions on office procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Three years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience supporting management at a college, university, or corporate environment.
  • Experience with Banner Finance, Banner Student, 49er Mart, EAB Navigate, NinerWorks, Malibu, and Word Press or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduation from a four-year college or university and one year of related experience.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace products.
