Your Role as a Community Manager:
You will be central to our operations, representing Related Management Company (RMC) to residents, staff, and agency partners.
- Guide your team towards achieving business objectives by ensuring your property meets profitability targets and adheres to all regulations.
- Foster team development through coaching, helping team members reach their professional aspirations while tracking your own progress.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to establish the annual property budget.
- Create and implement SMART action plans aimed at enhancing property revenue and minimizing controllable expenses, ensuring performance meets or exceeds the annual budget.
- Facilitate consistent team communication and conduct meetings to align with business goals.
- Manage resident relations and requests, including conflict resolution, while nurturing a strong community atmosphere.
- Oversee maintenance staff and manage invoice and payment processes.
- Partner with property support teams (e.g., Compliance, HR, Facilities) to address concerns and seek assistance as needed to advance business objectives.
- Handle compliance requests from government and regulatory agencies in collaboration with the Regional Compliance team.
Compensation:
$28 - $30 per hour, along with an annual performance-based bonus.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with knowledge of HUD Section 8, LIHTC, and/or other affordable housing programs.
