Job Title: UX ResearcherWe are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our design team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our products by uncovering user needs and behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and lead UX research projects across various phases of product development.
- Collaborate with product design and research colleagues to ensure a user-centered approach.
- Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to build impactful solutions for our customers.
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Business, data analysis, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience conducting research on digital products, with enterprise software experience a plus.
- Experience conducting user research using various methods, including interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry, concept testing, usability evaluation, product metrics, etc.
- Familiarity with best practices for the software development lifecycle.
- Technical knowledge of API, software testing, developer tooling, etc.
- Experience with analytics in user experience practice (e.g., Amplitude, Pendo, Mixpanel).
