Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records, and providing exceptional support to our accounting and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, and assist with the monthly close process.
  • Perform general accounting functions, including monitoring and reviewing accounting records and transactions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, reports, and files.
  • Assist with internal and external auditor requests, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in general accounting, with a focus on accounts payable.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in computer software applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
