Electrophysiology Technician for Emory University Hospital

We are seeking an Electrophysiology Technician to join our team at Emory University Hospital. This is a temporary position, and we offer a competitive salary package.
About the JobAs an Electrophysiology Technician, you will work closely with our medical team to provide high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the performance of electrophysiology procedures, including cardiac catheterization and ablation. You will also be responsible for preparing equipment, monitoring patients, and maintaining a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience as an RCIS or ARRT certified technician with CV or CI credentials. You should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the performance of electrophysiology procedures, including cardiac catheterization and ablation
- Prepare equipment and maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor patients during procedures and report any changes or concerns
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and efficient care
- RCIS or ARRT certification with CV or CI credentials
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- BLS and ACLS certification
