Nurse - Progressive Care Team

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit at Swedish Health Services. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- At least one year of experience in a progressive care or similar setting.
