Progressive Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit at Swedish Edmonds. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- One year of nursing experience, preferably in a progressive care setting.
