Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance and repair work on our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to lift 50lbs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor.
  • Assist with the renovation and remodeling of buildings.
  • Repair plaster and drywall, paint, and perform grounds maintenance tasks as required.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
