Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Replenishment Analyst to join our team. The Logistics Replenishment Analyst will be responsible for assisting in managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely replenishment of stock. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and analyze data to forecast future inventory needs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Develop and implement replenishment strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to manage supply chain activities.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools, such as ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Knowledge of logistics software and tools.
