• Collaborate closely with the Lead Partner Doctor for professional development and mentorship.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
• Provide training and support to the clinical staff on best practices and operational protocols.
• Engage in marketing initiatives to attract and retain patient referrals.
• Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatments related to dental nerve tissues.
• Administer anesthetics as required for various procedures.
• Execute root canal treatments and other specialized endodontic surgeries.
• Address dental traumas and stay updated on advancements in the field.

• Previous surgical experience is advantageous.
• DDS or DMD degree with certification from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
