Job Summary:
The Nursing Supervisor CVOR Full Time Days position at Piedmont Medical Center is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). This role requires a strong leader who can ensure that patients' needs are met and evaluate unit nursing care and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel in the CVOR
- Evaluate unit nursing care and performance
- Participate in planning work of assigned units and coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments
- Plan and organize training for unit staff members
- Participate in guidance and educational programs
Requirements:
- Academic degree in nursing
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a nurse
- CPR certification
