Key Responsibilities- Proactively lead and support the development and management of our portfolio of solutions, including projects, products, systems, and shared infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with the AVP of Solution Architect and his team to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards.
- Design and implement cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Establish and improve infrastructure-as-code capabilities and practices using Terraform.
- Develop and maintain observability platforms and practices, such as OpenTelemetry.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in IT or a related field.
- 5 or more certifications within the job area.
- 3 plus years' experience in cloud administration and development.
- Experience establishing and improving infrastructure-as-code capabilities and practices, preferably Terraform.
- Experience establishing and improving Observability platforms and practices, such as OpenTelemetry.
- P & C Insurance experience a plus.
- Experience working in a SAFe environment.

The target salary range for this position is $122,000 to $196,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
