">Vitra Health is seeking a Vitra Health Driver - Brockton Location to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting patients to and from medical appointments, as well as providing support services within our Adult Day Health facility.
">About the Facility
">Our Adult Day Health facility in Brockton, MA provides a daily care program designed to meet the physical, functional, and social needs of seniors or individuals with disabilities. We offer a unique one-on-one care environment, an extensive continuous training program, and a supportive team structure and company culture with a focus on work/life balance.
">Responsibilities
">- Transport patients to and from medical appointments
- Provide support services within the Adult Day Health facility
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all patients while in transit
- Communicate with the facility team regarding any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of patient transportation and support services provided
Requirements
">- Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and urine drug screen
- Comfortable driving and operating a variety of vehicles
- Able to read maps and follow a route
- Ability to relate to adults with disabilities
- Punctual, honest, and dependable
