We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Franciscan Village, a vibrant senior living community in Lemont, Illinois. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the activities of our Nursing Assistants.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
  • Keep physicians and other healthcare professionals informed of changes in resident conditions
  • Supervise Nursing Assistants and may supervise other nurses
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program
  • LPN and RN license in Illinois
  • Recent clinical experience, education, and specialty skills specific to geriatrics
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
