  • Utilize computer systems for order processing.
  • Engage with guests in a courteous and efficient manner.

Maintain assigned side-work and ensure the restaurant's cleanliness and operational efficiency.

  • Clear and reset tables promptly.
  • Verify guest identification to confirm legal drinking age. Politely refuse service to underage guests.
  • Monitor guest consumption of alcoholic beverages and offer transportation options if necessary. Seek managerial assistance when needed.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
  • Report to work in a clean and professional uniform. Personal grooming and hygiene are essential.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Capable of reaching, carrying, lifting, bending, stooping, and wiping continuously.
  • Ability to pull and push weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Awareness of potential hazards such as burns, slips, trips, and cuts.
  • Maintain personal hygiene with frequent handwashing.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to suggestively sell food and beverage items.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • Proficient in reading and writing.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety protocols.
  • Possession of necessary licenses, certifications, or registrations as required by state law.
  • State health and alcohol compliance cards (if applicable).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a serving role.
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 SHIFTS
