Job Summary:
As a Computed Tomography Technologist at Corewell Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. Under general supervision, you will perform diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment, always following our philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient identification and physician orders
Provide procedural information and education to patients and families
Acquire accurate patient histories and document in medical records
Operate CT imaging equipment proficiently
Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety
Ensure equipment is sanitized between patients and exam rooms are properly stocked with supplies
Accurately and efficiently use hospital computer systems for verifying orders, viewing schedules, and sending information to PAC's

Requirements:
Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program
1-3 years of clinical experience preferred
Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); must remain in good standing with the ARRT
Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers at hire
